1. Honey Protein Powder

Ingredients:

– ¼ cup of honey

– 2 scoops protein powder

– 1 cup Almond milk

– 1/8 ground nutmeg

–  1 teaspoon of chia seeds

Instructions:

In a blender, pour milk and honey, add protein powder and add nutmeg. Make a smooth mixture and pour into a glass and pour chia seeds and stir. Enjoy your smoothie.

2. Banana Yoghurt Protein Shake

Ingredients:

–  ½ cup plain yoghurt

– ½ cup almond milk

– ¼ cup water

– 1 scoop protein powder

Pour yoghurt and milk into a blender, add banana(s), water and blend. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
